We all come into this world with no guarantees
Some of us are here for measured moments
Others live a life for the record books

Most of us may have an idea at some point
When the signs increase along with the medical bills
But none of us are ever ready for tragedy or the unexpected

I would like to honor some who have been very special to me
Those I’ve been happy and proud to call friends
